Dale Roane 

I’m Dale Roane, certified coach & founder of 1015 Fitness a program born from purpose and personal transformation.

I specialize in fat loss, strength training, and competition prep, offering 1-on-1 or group coaching that pushes you with discipline and heart.

 

Named after my daughter, 1015 Fitness is built on resilience. I’ve overcome my own battles and now, I help others break cycles, build strength, and rise with purpose.

Why I Started 1015 Fitness

1015 Fitness was born from pain, purpose, and a promise.

 

After losing my 5-year-old daughter to gun violence, I made a vow to turn my grief into strength for myself and others. Her birthday, October 15, is now the name and soul of my mission.

 

Fitness saved me. It gave me discipline, healing, and the drive to rebuild.

Today, I help others do the same through fat loss, strength training, nutrition, and competition prep.

 

1015 Fitness isn’t just a program. It’s about rising from rock bottom, building a legacy, and proving that no matter where you start, you can become your strongest self.

Personal Training – From $75/session

Monthly packages starting at $560.

 

Small Group Training (2–5 people) $30/session

$240/month unlimited.

 

Competition Prep Full coaching $400/month

$1500 for full prep (16 weeks).

 

Strength Coaching Remote programs from $150/month.

 

Specialty Packs Fat Loss or Competition Prep starters from $399.
